Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of roles while maintaining quality
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SparkHire
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across functions
• Experience using data to influence decisions and identify process improvements
