Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective pipeline strategies
• Build candidate pipelines using historical data and various sourcing channels
• Conduct initial screening calls and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technical talent sourcer in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skills, ideally for Machine Learning Engineers
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently
