Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team temporarily.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and maintain employee personnel files using SharePoint and ADP
• Advise on employee relations issues and manage offboarding processes
• Support the administration of employee benefit plans and respond to employee inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM/CP or SHRM/SCP certification
• Experience supporting a government contractor
