Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in compensation or total rewards consulting, preferably in a technology environment
• Ability to advise on compensation strategy and market trends
• Familiarity with market pricing and incentive plan administration
• Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant software systems
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to advanced compensation areas
