Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, emphasizing LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate pitches that highlight the company's mission and opportunities
• Review resumes and perform initial screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, focusing on data engineering and/or software engineering roles
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate identification and outreach
• Experience in crafting and executing effective Boolean search strings and creative sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, data analytics, or open-source intelligence industry is a plus
