  • Conduct compensation compliance reviews and ensure adherence to guidelines and laws
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and advise on compensation policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of compensation experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience managing a global merit program is preferred
  • WorkDay exposure/experience is a plus
