Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic People Business Partner - GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to implement talent strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaborate on organizational structure and role design initiatives
• Champion talent development through performance management and coaching

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years as a Business Partner
• Minimum of 2 years supporting Sales or Go-to-Market organizations
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments and change management
• Strong foundation in HR disciplines such as performance management and employee relations
• Experience supporting international teams and understanding regional HR practices
