Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support to its remote call center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations issues and develop strategies to enhance engagement and retention
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
  • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensure compliance with employment laws


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a remote workforce or call center environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
