Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to manage the recruitment process for early childhood education positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with schools to source and pre-screen candidates based on licensing requirements
• Reviews resumes and manages communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Uncovers talent through various sourcing channels and participates in virtual hiring events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-site environment
• AA or higher in Early Childhood Education is highly desired
• Previous experience in licensed childcare is preferred
• Full understanding of applicant tracking systems
• Proficient in MS Office applications
