Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Administrator (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone and Zoom interviews for candidates efficiently
• Manage job postings and maintain the applicant tracking system for data integrity
• Oversee new hire onboarding processes and respond to recruiting inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
• Experience with SOC2 compliance is preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
