A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to connect healthcare professionals with opportunities in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the recruitment of Physicians, NPs, PAs, and other licensed clinicians nationwide
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians through various channels
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and negotiate offers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in clinician recruitment
• Strong understanding of clinician career paths and motivations
• Proven ability to build rapport with a clinical audience
• Knowledge of clinician compensation structures and licensing requirements
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment
