Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment operations
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Knowledge of quality control measures in recruitment
