Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in People Teams focused on scaling organizations and developing leaders
• Experience in fast-paced, remote or hybrid tech environments, preferably in cybersecurity
• Deep knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and cultural transformation
• Fluency in data-informed people strategies and experience with predictive analytics tools
• Proven track record of coaching leaders through ambiguity and shifting business priorities
