Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a global technology environment
• Experience recruiting for niche roles in Product, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams
• Skilled in active sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
