Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute time and attendance processing and ensure compliance with payroll policies
• Generate and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accurate calculations and timely submissions of payroll taxes
• Assist with payroll discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and support annual audits and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience processing multi-state payroll; Canadian payroll experience is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions, including preparation, balancing, and payroll taxes
• Five years or more of related experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification and HCM Dayforce experience are a plus
