Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to member or client contacts and document interactions accurately
• Provide care recommendations and facilitate referrals based on member needs
• Collaborate with Care Managers to ensure compliance and excellent member service

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (social work, counseling, or related field)
• Graduate level experience in a behavioral health setting, including assessment and case management
• A professional license (LPC, LMFT, LSW) is required
• Desirable certifications include CEAP, CADC, or NBCC
• Maintain license in good standing and related credentials if applicable
