Senior HRIS Application Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Application Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Workday integrations, tenant fixes, and enhancements
• Conduct audits of system security and manage data integrity and compliance
• Support HR system requests and serve as a subject matter expert for Workday

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and multi-system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and reporting
• Workday Pro Certifications (HCM, Reporting, Integrations, Security) preferred
• 3+ years of experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
