Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy and enhancements of Workday features, acting as a point of contact for data gathering and testing
• Analyze technology solutions and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress
• Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer through documentation and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience configuring HCM modules in Workday
• Experience supporting Workday system upgrades, implementations, and post go-live support
• Strong technology aptitude with interest in research, data, metrics, and analysis
• Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently
