Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Diversity, Inclusion & Community Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide DEIB and Community Engagement strategy
• Oversee and scale Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to enhance inclusion
• Direct community engagement efforts, including employee volunteerism and nonprofit partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in DEIB or Community Engagement
• Proven record of implementing enterprise-level DEIB strategies
• Familiarity with federal Executive Orders on DEIA and accessibility standards
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
