• Research, resolve, and respond to customer/vendor inquiries and requests across various HR topics
• Manage escalated system and reporting requests while ensuring client satisfaction
• Perform payroll-related calculations and maintain employee payroll records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with Workday and shared services in HR/Payroll
• Familiarity with Labor Relations/Unions
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
