Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist to foster a supportive workplace culture and address employee concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers regarding underperformance and behavioral concerns
• Manage the workplace accommodations interactive process and facilitate resolution of employee relations concerns
• Analyze employee relations trends and partner with stakeholders to improve processes and develop proactive strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in Employee Relations or People Partner roles
• Deep understanding of the employee experience and related social and cultural factors
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Proven ability to develop and improve processes
