Job Summary

A company is looking for a Candidate Care Associate (CCA) to support the recruiting and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist recruiters with various administrative responsibilities
  • Manage the post-offer process, including background checks and clearances
  • Schedule interviews and arrange candidate travel and accommodations as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree strongly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a business or office environment with customer service and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and talent acquisition concepts and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
