Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers

• Source candidates proactively and maintain accurate tracking of candidate activity using ATS and CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in sales or commercial roles within the healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics industry
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of sales competencies and regional structures
• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to source and assess diverse candidate slates
