Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager to lead and support people operations and HR initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing support on HR policies and concerns
• Lead employee programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and culture-building initiatives
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with HR, finance, and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in HR or people operations, preferably in a mission-driven organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, programs, and processes independently
• Experience collaborating with leadership on employee programs and practices
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and navigating challenging situations
• Familiarity with HR platforms and commitment to equity and inclusion in decision-making
