Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist & Benefits Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Support SCA wage determination compliance and maintain accurate documentation for contracts
  • Assist in general HR operations, including onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum three years of experience in Benefits Administration
  • Minimum one year of experience in SCA Wage Determination Support
  • Minimum one year of HR Generalist experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Rippling preferred)
  • HR experience within Government Contracting is strongly preferred
