Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to enhance its Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and optimization of a recruiting tech stack and processes, including data analysis and reporting
  • Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes, identifying new tools and technologies
  • Ensure data integrity within TA systems and develop reports for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years in recruiting operations
  • 3+ years of experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Proven change management experience and lifecycle management of tools
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies and analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
