A company is looking for a Head of Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a multi-channel growth strategy with full P&L ownership for DTC
• Lead paid media strategy and manage large-scale media budgets while optimizing for CAC efficiency
• Oversee retention and lifecycle strategies to enhance customer engagement and reduce churn

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven success scaling a DTC business to $50M+ in revenue
• Deep expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo
• Experience managing $10M+ annual marketing budgets
• Bachelor's degree required
