Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Growth Officer to drive direct-to-consumer revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the DTC growth strategy across acquisition, lifecycle, retention, and upsell
• Lead Marketing and Product teams to align with revenue, margin, and LTV goals
• Collaborate with Finance and the CEO on revenue forecasting and strategic prioritization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or related fields, preferably in a DTC or consumer subscription business
• Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, particularly with Meta platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to optimize performance
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
• Startup-minded with a proactive approach to testing and learning
