Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Associate to drive sustainable growth through lead generation and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential school and nonprofit partners using data-driven approaches
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns and nurture prospect relationships through multiple touchpoints
• Create compelling marketing content and build social media presence on platforms where educators engage

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field
• Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a startup environment
• Available for meetings during Pacific to Eastern time zones
• Willing to travel up to twice per year for conferences and team meetings
