Key Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Compensation Committee
• Oversee executive compensation aspects including benchmarking, plan design, and compliance
• Develop and implement competitive compensation programs that align with business goals and attract top talent

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Total Rewards experience, with 6+ years in compensation program development in global public companies
• Proven leadership experience in motivating employees and driving strategic plans
• Familiarity with compensation tools such as Workday, Radford, and Mercer
• Experience managing complex projects and building relationships with global teams
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, dynamic environments
