A company is looking for a Director, Employee Success Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute strategic compensation policies and total reward strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and interpreting policies and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain a healthy organizational climate through strong relationships
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing individuals or teams
  • Experience implementing total reward strategies in a high-growth organization
  • Experience managing multi-state and federal compliance
  • Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
