Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Act as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and support employees in understanding their options
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of benefits-related policies and ensure timely processing of benefit data
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, HRCI, or CEBS) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in administering employee benefits, preferably in smaller organizations
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations including ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
