Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing personalized consultations and following up to close sales
• Drive sales growth by managing appointments, nurturing leads, and contributing to team goals
• Collaborate with team members on clienteling, custom design projects, and sharing customer insights

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with a proven sales closing ability
• Preferred diamond expertise and jewelry experience; certification as a Gemologist is a strong plus
• Independent, motivated, and well-organized individual
• Must be available to work weekends
