Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers for strategic accounts in Mexico
• Refine sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
• Foster a high-performance culture that encourages proactive engagement beyond traditional pre-sales boundaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing a sales engineering team
• Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, or cybersecurity solutions
• Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
