Key Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionals
• Develop, motivate, and retain top performers while managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM
• Effectively lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team
• Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain high-performing sales talent
• Track record of consistently exceeding established sales goals
• Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles on large Enterprise Accounts
• Bachelor's Degree
