Customer Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Category Manager for CVS Confections & Halls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships across all levels
• Execute customer strategy and ensure delivery of Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP)
• Optimize resource use to enhance profitability in customer business plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the FMCG/CPG industry
• Proven selling and negotiating experience, preferably with CVS
• Experience managing large trade budgets and forecasts
• Capability in analytics and insights, specifically proficient in IRI
