Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, General Manager - SMB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hiring and onboarding of the core SMB team and develop a comprehensive product assortment strategy
• Oversee creation of SMB-specific product designs and direct competitive benchmarking for pricing analysis
• Serve as P&L owner for the SMB business, managing growth, profitability, and strategic direction

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or consumer marketing, with 3 years focused on SMB or prosumer segments
• Proven success in launching and scaling new business lines or customer segments
• Deep expertise in assortment planning and performance-driven digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments is preferred
