A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Ops & Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for onboarding, training programs, and sales enablement tools
  • Identify optimization and automation opportunities across the seller lifecycle and sales processes
  • Lead and mentor a team to drive engagement and collaboration across sales operations and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading transformation projects in sales operations or enablement within a technology sales environment
  • 2+ years of experience in a people manager role in sales operations or a similar function
  • Strong background in operational strategy, business process analysis, and data analysis
  • Experience in training and development, including content management governance
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform functionality and best practices
