Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Marketing CRM Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships for external job posting partners and CRM platforms
• Oversee recruitment advertising budget and optimize recruitment expenditures
• Develop landing pages and provide training for CRM users on messaging and workflow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
• Strong experience with Workday and similar CRM tools
• Knowledge of recruitment systems, processes, and compliance regulations
• Experience managing budgets and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with AI regulation and some knowledge of HTML is beneficial
