Workday Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, timeline management, and risk mitigation
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption
• Monitor project progress, resolve conflicts, and provide actionable updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3+ years leading medium-to-large HCM implementations, preferably with Workday
• Experience with global HR systems, including talent acquisition, compensation, and payroll
• Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and process improvement
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Prosci (Change Management), or Workday HCM Certification
