A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to manage the onboarding of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timelines
• Monitor licensure expirations, maintain database accuracy, and provide compliance status reports to leadership
• Conduct compliance monitoring, process malpractice insurance verifications, and support payer enrollment

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of credentialing and re-credentialing practices for medical professionals
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis
• Knowledge of Joint Commission Accreditation, NCQA, and URAC credentialing standards
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare credentialing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
