A company is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts intake meetings to understand job requirements and creates targeted outreach campaigns
• Maintains and cultivates candidate pipelines through social media and professional networks
• Measures conversion rates of candidates and promotes the employer brand across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar HR role
• Experience with innovative sourcing techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Proficient in MS Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
