Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative (Flex/PRN) to provide customer service support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from internal and external customers
• Maintain data integrity by accurately tracking customer interactions and resolutions
• Assist in the administration and implementation of HR policies and processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in customer service or a call center is required
• Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the internet is necessary
• Experience with Lawson and EPIC is preferred but not required
