• Manage end-to-end recruiting for US based GTM and business functions
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively reach out to candidates in health tech and healthcare sectors
• Ensure candidates have a smooth, engaging, and professional experience throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with at least 2 years in health tech or healthcare GTM roles
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Passion for technology and healthcare innovation
