Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACCS Residential Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of the Group Living Environment
• Supervise staff and ensure quality of services, licensing, and treatment plan implementation
• Facilitate successful transitions to and from residential settings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner credential preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in human services, with three years in a supervisory role
• Experience with individuals with psychiatric disabilities and/or co-occurring disorders required
• Access to an operational and insured vehicle for transportation purposes
