Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter for technical and business positions
• Solid understanding of technical role requirements and sales/business development competencies
• Experience with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results under tight timelines
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
