Project Manager, Learning & Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, I to oversee and manage Learning & Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate strategic learning plans into actionable project plans and manage execution using project management tools
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
  • Oversee logistics for training events and support measurement of program effectiveness through data collection and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in corporate L&D or HR
  • Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS and virtual platforms
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles is essential
