Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Counsel to enhance employee experience and implement HR strategies
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, and oversee performance appraisal systems
• Administer HR policies and maintain HRIS data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant human resources experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
• Experience in handling complex employee relations issues
• HRIS proficiency and strong technical competency
• Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certification
