Job Summary

A company is looking for an Undergraduate Recruitment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid
• Plan and represent the Dietrich School at recruitment events and develop strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants
• Communicate with prospective students and maintain relationships with faculty, advisors, and community organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
• Preferred experience with PeopleSoft and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Slate
• Valid driver's license required for potential travel
• Background checks and child protection clearances are mandatory prior to employment
