Job Position: Talent Success Manager

Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines)

Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level, Independent Contractor

Salary Range: up to 75,000/month

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview:

In this multifaceted role, you will combine the responsibilities of a Talent Success Manager and an Account Manager Coordinator to drive candidate engagement, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. You’ll oversee candidate up-skilling and community management while supporting client accounts through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development and Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to up-skill candidates, ensuring they are well-equipped with best practices for their roles.
  • Create scalable resources like online courses, guides, and tutorials for candidate learning and development.
  • Manage the candidate community to foster engagement, collaboration, and networking opportunities.
  • Research trends and best practices in up-skilling and coaching to enhance candidate programs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on team management based on client-specific needs to ensure successful placements.

Sales and Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling recruitment services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to drive account growth.

Operations and Project Management:

  • Evaluate and optimize processes for candidate and client management, streamlining workflows for efficiency.
  • Coordinate timelines, allocate resources, and manage project milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Create and maintain reports on client success metrics, feedback, and candidate development.

Event Planning and Community Building:

Organize webinars and other events focused on candidate and client education.

  • Engage with the candidate and client community, gathering feedback to refine programs and services.

Issue Resolution and Support:

  • Act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and internal teams to address and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Immediate Responsibilities in Week 1:

  • Familiarize yourself with company tools, systems, and workflows.
  • Conduct research on up-skilling and coaching trends to inform future strategies.
  • Begin developing resource outlines and templates for candidate learning.
  • Introduce yourself to the candidate community, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success and Recruitment teams to align goals and processes.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in client success, account management, talent development, or related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs like ClickUp.
    • Experience in recruitment, coaching, or learning & development is highly preferred.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Background in recruitment or outsourcing industries.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms.
